About Colleen:
Colleen Kay knows change can be scary. That’s why she reminds her clients that they don’t have to navigate it alone. With a compassion-focused lens, Colleen helps clients gain insight into their emotions and behaviors, break down negative thinking patterns, and overcome obstacles on the path to achieving their goals.
Colleen received her Masters of the Arts from Concordia University Chicago and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Colleen is a great fit for neurodiverse individuals looking for care, with five years of experience working with neurodiverse clients.
Outside of the office, Colleen loves going for walks, reading mystery novels, and enjoying the company of the people she loves.
