About Brian:
With over 30 years of experience, Brian McKenna uses solution-focused therapy to co-construct sustainable improvements that lead to healthier functioning levels, renewed happiness, and practical skills for life. Brian takes a collaborative approach to therapy, with relationship-building serving as the foundation of his philosophy.
Brian received his MSW from Jane Addams College of Social Work at University of Illinois at Chicago and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor with an adolescent treatment endorsement in Illinois. In his free time, Brian enjoys spending time outdoors and connecting with his family.
In 2019, Brian delivered his first TEDx Talk exploring ways to become healthier, happier, and more connected through relationship building.
