About Roy:

Roy Eiermann has worked with youth and families for most of his adult life.  Throughout his career he has helped kids, teens, and parents address their unique challenges in outpatient counseling, residential, and wilderness settings. He earned his Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University in 2008 and focused his work on addressing trauma, depression, and anxiety.  

Now in his role as clinical director, he guides and supports the team to have the maximum positive impact in the community.  He works to celebrate successes and address concerns as they arise.  He believes knowledge and growth are things that continue throughout a lifetime.  Thus, he works with the teams to continue refining their skills and identify ways to further increase their expertise in their areas of specialty.
